We bought a house with a 1950's Chambers stove at the Jersey shore in 1998. It was in use until we moved in, but we didn't want to recondition it at the time, so we moved it downstairs into the garage. Now we're remodeling our kitchen at home and would like to use it here if we can find someone qualified to rebuild it so it is safe to use. It looks just like the range on the cooking show, "30 Minute Meals."
    Any advice?

There must be someone in NJ that could fix you up.

However, it ain't hard to do yourself. These stoves are very simple.

I'd suggest getting a service manual.

Also search on this site for specifics.
